DALLAS, TX — October 20, 2026 — Estes & Banks Tax Advisory today announced its formal establishment as a commercial property tax advisory firm serving commercial property owners across Texas. The firm exists for two simple reasons: no Texas owner should pay tax on more value than their property holds, and no owner should have to become a property tax expert to make sure they don’t.

Texas is the only state where the firm works. Texas has its own property tax statutes and calendar, along with 253 appraisal districts that each have their own appraisers, evidence expectations, and way of handling a file. A national firm treats Texas as one market among fifty. Estes & Banks Tax Advisory treats each Texas appraisal district as its own market.

Estes & Banks Tax Advisory handles the annual property tax cycle for commercial owners, including valuation review, rendition support, protest filing, negotiation with appraisal district staff, and representation at Appraisal Review Board (ARB) hearings for multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, build-to-rent, energy, and mixed-use property.
